We are leaders in the field of alcohol and chemical dependency treatment. We provides a full range of chemical dependency treatment programs in a professional and comfortable setting.  We consistently deliver affordable treatment based on the highest quality standards, managed by a team of caring experts.

The Baytown, Pasadena, and Northline locations provide intensive outpatient treatment, education classes and ambulatory detoxification services, funded in part by the Department of State Health Services (DSHS).

The Medical Directors at each location have years of experience in the treatment of chemical dependency including detoxification from substances of abuse.

The Beaumont location provides intensive outpatient treatment for both adults and adolescents.

Ambulatory Detoxification

Affordable detoxification from drugs and alcohol under the care of a physician, nursing staff, and licensed chemical dependency counselors. This program is unique in that it provides the benefits of Sub-Acute Detox, but in a more cost effective and less restrictive environment.

The program allows affordable per diem rates that benefit patients and managed mental health companies alike by cutting out the residential portion of the fee completely. We are trend setters by providing the highest acuity of care in the least restrictive environment.

The program is provided by trained clinicians under the supervision of the physician who provides the medical evaluation and prescribes the medications necessary for safe withdrawal.

The Ambulatory Detoxification Treatment staff includes the physician, nursing staff, and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors.

Our Commitment

• Evaluate and oversee the client's vital signs and symptoms daily to ensure that prescribed medications are controlling withdrawal and counseling is directed toward engaging the client in formal treatment.

• Ensure continuous access to emergency medical care.

• Complete a medical history and physical examination to ensure the client's current physical and mental functioning.

• Develop a treatment plan with the client while in the program.

• Develop a discharge plan with the client for ongoing treatment following completion of the detoxification program.

Client Responsibility

• All Ambulatory Detox clients will participate in daily individual or group education sessions. Clients will also meet daily with Nurse for vitals and medication monitoring.

• Participation in individual counseling daily while in the detoxification program.
